Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client-facing portals, including subscription management, content dashboards, and personalized user interfaces.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs, integrating with third-party platforms such as CRM, marketing automation, and payment systems.
• Ensure responsiveness, performance optimization, and cross-device compatibility across all digital properties.

Data & Analytics

• Integrate analytics pipelines to monitor usage metrics, user engagement, and subscription behaviors.
• Collaborate on the development of personalized recommendation systems powered by AI/ML outputs.
• Build internal dashboards to support editorial, marketing, and sales operations.

Collaboration & Workflow Automation

• Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and platform leads to deliver intuitive and user-focused digital experiences.
• Support content and editorial teams with publishing workflows and automation tools.
• Partner with the data science team on implementing machine learning driven features.

Code Quality, Security & Performance

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Implement and enforce security best practices related to authentication, access control, and data protection.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for scalability, uptime, and performance.
