Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Own product end-to-end
Ship core features across our Web app and APIs—from Figma file to production.
Translate user pain points into a focused roadmap and measurable outcomes.
Meet with design partners and customers to validate ideas and close the loop.
Full-stack TypeScript
Work across the stack (React/Next.js + Node) to build reliable, well-tested software.
Design and evolve Postgres schemas (Supabase) and clean REST endpoints.
Use Supabase for data access; optimize queries, indexes, and background jobs.
Connect HRIS tools (e.g., BambooHR/Gusto/Workday) and SSO/OAuth flows with least-privilege scopes.
Add observability (logs/metrics/tracing) and improve performance at each layer.
Quality & craft
Write maintainable TypeScript, add fast unit/integration tests, and document decisions.
Contribute to design system components and accessible UI.
Help shape our engineering culture: code reviews, release cadence, and more
Desired Candidate Profile
You’ve owned user-facing features at a startup (or similarly fast-moving team).
Strong TypeScript across React/Next.js (or similar) and Node.js (Express/Nest).
Comfortable with SQL/Postgres, schema design, and pragmatic testing.
Excellent written communication; you enjoy writing clear PRs and product notes.
Fluent in English; autonomous and product-minded.
Strongly preferred
Experience with Supabase (Auth, Postgres, Storage).
Detail-oriented and eye for polished frontend implementation.
Experience with React Native + Expo for mobile surfaces.
Building with third party integrations, webhooks, and OAuth.
Bonus: analytics (A/B testing, funnels), Tailwind, background workers (Cloud Run/Functions), and LLM-adjacent features (summaries, routing, embeddings) used responsibly
