Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement both client-side (React) and server-side (Node.js) applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure alignment on functionality.
  • Develop and maintain APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
  • Optimize database queries and manage data using MongoDB.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on MERN technologies.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software for performance optimization.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for both frontend and backend systems.
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning sessions.
  • Maintain code repositories and implement CI/CD pipelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • BA in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • 3+ Previous working experience as a Full stack dev.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
  • Expertise in MERN stack: MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Proficient in Git for version control.
  • Knowledge of AWS or other cloud services is a plus.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
