We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Team Lead to oversee our development team and drive the delivery of high-quality web applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise across Angular, Laravel, and React, along with proven leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of front-end and back-end developers.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Angular, Laravel, and React.
• Oversee project architecture and ensure high-quality coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Plan sprints, manage timelines, and ensure smooth delivery of projects.
• Implement performance optimization and security best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8 10 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular, Laravel, and React.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, REST APIs, and database structures.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis.
