Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 8 12 developers (Full Stack, Senior Engineers, iOS & Android).
  • Architect, design, and develop full-stack applications using ASP.NET Core / Web API and Angular.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle using Agile/Scrum.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and alignment between web and mobile teams.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and continuously improve processes and tools.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support in hiring and team development.
  • Required Technical Skills
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core / Web API and Angular (latest versions).
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.
  • Familiarity with mobile development technologies (Flutter, React Native, or Native).
  • Understanding of architecture patterns such as Microservices and SPA.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD (Azure DevOps), and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
  • Proficiency in testing tools like xUnit and Jasmine/Karma.
  • Required Soft Skills
  • Strong leadership and ability to manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
