Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain advanced WordPress plugins using PHP, JavaScript, and modern development practices.

  • Implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces that work seamlessly across devices and browsers.
  • Integrate REST/AJAX APIs and improve existing integrations for performance and reliability.
  • Optimize plugin performance, scalability, security, and overall user experience (UX).
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure product stability.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features.
  • Participate in code reviews and help define and maintain development best practices.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance development speed, testing quality, and documentation clarity.
  • Document technical specifications and maintain organized project documentation.
  • Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and industry trends to continuously improve products.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer or similar role.

  • Breathe WordPress day-in, day-out and yet feel that there s more than you can learn
  • Solid PHP knowledge
  • Extremely good command over HTML & CSS
  • Proficient in markup
  • Good understanding of OOP, Namespace, Traits & Design Patterns
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
  • Experience with task runners such as Grunt or Gulp is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience developing and customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
  • The ability to co-operate with team, and energy to learn is a must
  • Fluent English speaking and writing is preferred
