Safran Aircraft Engines (SAE) is a Safran Group company. It employs nearly 15,000 people across 31 sites in 9 countries.

We design, develop, produce and market, alone or in cooperation, engines for civil or military aircraft, as well as for satellites.

SAE has a network of civil engine maintenance workshops around the world and offers its customers a full range of services: performance restoration, replacement of limited life parts, inspection and maintenance of the entire engine and its equipment.

To cope with the increased pace of LEAP engine maintenance in the coming years, Safran Aircraft Engines Services Casablanca (SAESC) has launched the construction of a new shop in Morocco.

Our new workshop located in the Casablanca-Settat region will provide maintenance for new types of civil aircraft engines (LEAP) which equip in particular the Airbus A320neo and the Boeing 737Max.

As Gate II Manager, your objective will be to ensure the delivery of parts to customers, while respecting deadlines.

In this context, you will be required to:

• Manage the entire pilot team;
• Ensure compliance with delivery deadlines according to the production management schedule;
• Ensure timely processing of all Service Orders necessary for the delivery of parts to production;
• Ensure the escalation of unresolved blocking points;
• Execute the entire process according to the configuration projected on the configuration checklists;
• Offer standard exchange solutions, either purchased or available in stock, depending on the needs of complete engine rebuilds;
• To ensure the interface between the Logistics Hub department and its internal stakeholders to guarantee the timely delivery of parts to customers;
• Participate in internal meetings to monitor the performance of Gate 2;
• Adopting a customer-oriented mindset in order to respect the contractual delivery deadline and anticipating the implementation of solutions in case of risk of delay;
• Participate in planning sessions and get involved in building the baseline schedule per engine on the Gate 2 section by providing a logistical commitment;
• Participate in the optimization of stocks (VEX) within the supply scope in collaboration with the stock manager;
• Ensure the updating and monitoring of the Gate 2 dashboards;
