Company: Infodapt Location: UAE (Field-Based) Employment Type: Full-Time Target Market: SMEs, Startups, and Corporate Enterprises across the UAE Role Overview Infodapt is a growing IT services startup delivering web development, UX/UI design, and digital transformation solutions. We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals in the UAE market. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and deal closure—while maintaining a strong and predictable sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and field visits Identify and connect with decision-makers (SMEs & corporates) Present IT solutions by translating technical offerings into business value Manage and nurture leads through the full sales cycle Build and maintain long-term client relationships Maintain CRM updates and share weekly sales reports Develop and refine sales strategies for consistent pipeline growth
Desired Candidate Profile
1–5 years of UAE IT sales / business development experience
Strong understanding of IT services, SaaS, and digital transformation
Proven track record of closing deals in the UAE market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
Existing network of business contacts is highly preferred
Valid UAE driving license and willingness for field sales
Salary & Commission Structure
Fixed Salary: AED 1,000 – 2,000/month (to cover basics)
Commission: 15% – 20% on each closed deal
Bonus: Extra 5% for exceeding monthly targets
Monthly/quarterly performance incentives
Expected Earnings: AED 8,000 – 20,000+ (performance-based)
