Roles & Responsibilities

What You ll Do

  • Creator Hunt: Actively scout new TikTok and Instagram creators every day.
  • Outreach & Briefing: Approach them, pitch our brand, and make sure they fully understand content requirements.
  • PR Planning: Build a monthly PR plan with forecasted deliverables and clear timelines.
  • Negotiation: Handle rates and terms to lock in win-win deals.
  • Content Flow: Collect and track all deliverables on schedule.

Desired Candidate Profile

What We re Looking For

  • Representable, friendly, and kind with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Sharp eye for content quality and creator potential.
  • Organized and detail-oriented; able to juggle multiple collaborations at once.
  • Experience in influencer marketing or PR is a plus.
