Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Good Exposure on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Product Information management, Inventory Management, Tax and Fixed Assets

  • Preparation of FRD, FDD and worked with business users closely

  • Providing functional guide and Training to user for dynamics surroundings for understanding functionality of Microsoft dynamics 365

  • Configure workflow for purchase requisition, purchase order and monitoring the workflow process and delivery with high standard

  • Created Record Training document for all business unit’s confidential users to use D365 well known reviews of accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, inventory control, and bank with parameters setup and navigations

  • Meeting and Interaction with client/end users & updating the status of the activities

  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets) to meet specific client requirements.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure system functionality and data integrity.

  • Lead and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, and provide end-user training.

  • Requirement Gathering & GAP Analysis

    • Functional Design & Documentation (BRD/FRD)

    • Module Configuration: GL, AP, AR, FA, Tax, PMA

    • UAT/SIT Planning & Execution

    • Data Migration & Cutover Planning

    • End-User Training & Support

    • Integration with Payroll, Banking & External Apps

    • Reporting & Dashboard Requirements (Power BI, Financial Reporter)

    • ERP Platforms: AX2009 | AX2012 R3 | D365 Finance & Operations | Business Central

    • Led multiple full-cycle implementations of AX2009, AX2012 R3, and D365 Finance/BC.

      • Mentored junior consultants and finance staff, building ERP capability within the organization.

      • Led cross-functional teams of finance, procurement, and IT staff during D365 Finance implementations,

      ensuring alignment between business requirements and ERP configuration.

      • Acted as functional lead for multi‑country rollouts, coordinating localization, compliance, and

      intercompany processes.

      • Conducted requirement gathering, GAP analysis, and prepared BRDs/FRDs for finance modules.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.

  • Proven experience in the manufacturing or retail industry sector is a strong asset.
