Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborating with different departments to analyze needs and design appropriate solutions
- Participate in the design and deployment of innovative products and services
- Identify problems, propose solutions, and ensure their effective implementation.
- Write and maintain functional documentation (specifications, user guides)
- Monitor projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
- Advising internal teams on best practices and methodologies
- Test and validate the functionalities to guarantee the quality of the deliverables.
- Participate in user training and functional support
- Experience confirmed in a similar role
