Roles & Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead client engagements from discovery through delivery

  • Conduct requirements workshops and solution design sessions

  • Configure and implement software to meet client needs

  • Deliver training and post-go-live support

Desired Candidate Profile

trong functional experience with reconciliation platforms (IntelliMatch / DIM or equivalent) Proven delivery of end‑to‑end reconciliation implementations or upgrades Hands‑on configuration of reconciliation tool/s Experience in implementing multiple types / variety of reconciliations Strong capability in requirements gathering, functional design, and solution validation Experience supporting unit testing, SIT, and UAT Ability to work directly with business users and operations teams Strong documentation skills (solution design, scope, assumptions, test scenarios)
