Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into ERP/Odoo functional configurations.
  • Support process mapping, documentation, BRDs, and UAT.
  • Drive ERP enhancements (Master Data, Workflows, Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, Finance).
  • Act as the link between business users and the ERP technical team.
  • Ensure training and full adoption at user level.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 8 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience with manufacturing processes and ERP systems implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Experience in process mapping, workflow analysis, and process reengineering.
  • Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work onsite and collaborate closely with operational teams.
