As part of our growth and the digitalization of our clients' business processes, we are looking for a Sage X3 Functional Consultant specialized in Trading. You will work as a business referent on high value-added projects, ranging from needs analysis to production, including the design of robust and scalable solutions.

Your main missions:

Functional scoping: Lead the workshops to collect needs with the business departments (purchasing, sales, logistics, supply chain).

Solution design: Write detailed functional specifications and propose solutions aligned with Sage X3 best practices and business challenges.

Configuration: Configure the Trading modules (ACH, VEN, GESSTO, GESSOH, etc.) taking into account the specificities of the sector.

Functional management: Supervise the testing phases (unitary, integration, UAT), ensure coordination with the technical teams and guarantee the quality of the deliverables.

Change management: Train key users, write functional documentation and provide post-startup support.

Continuous improvement: Identify areas for optimizing business processes and propose relevant changes to the system.

Qualifications

Profile sought:

Significant experience as a functional consultant on Sage X3, with a strong specialization in Trading modules.

Control of business flows related to distribution: management of purchases, sales, stocks, logistics, pricing, commercial conditions.

Ability to dialogue with high-level interlocutors (CIO, supply chain management, sales department).

Excellent mastery of ERP project cycles (scoping, design, deployment, support).

Autonomy, rigor, sense of customer service and analytical skills.

Knowledge of multi-site or international environments is a plus
