Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs and identify opportunities to improve their Supply Chain and financial processes.
- Design and propose suitable functional solutions, in collaboration with technical teams and users.
- Participate in the implementation of ERP solutions, particularly on modules related to logistics, purchasing, production and inventory management.
- Optimize and streamline management systems based on a detailed understanding of managerial and financial processes.
- Support users throughout the project: training, functional support and post-deployment monitoring.
- Contribute to functional documentation and the definition of good business practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Higher education (Master's or equivalent) in management, logistics, finance or information systems.
- Solid understanding of financial and/or Supply Chain processes.
- Proven experience in a consulting, ERP integration or business services environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with a variety of people.
- Analytical mind, rigor and autonomy in work.
- Taste for teamwork and sense of customer service.
- Experience with ERP solutions (Odoo, Oracle, SAP, etc.) is a major asset
