Key Responsibilities:

• Identify & Track Funding Opportunities: Research and monitor potential funding sources that align with the organization s mission and strategic objectives.
• Proposal Development: Lead the development of funding proposals in response to donor calls and proactively pitch tailored proposals to prospective donors.
• Donor Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with major donors, corporations, and philanthropic organizations to support fundraising initiatives.
• Engagement & Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to prospective donors and corporate sponsors to secure financial commitments.
• Donor Data Management: Maintain accurate donor profiles and track fundraising activities in the organization's database to ensure efficient record-keeping and reporting.
• Budget & Target Management: Oversee fundraising budgets, ensuring financial goals and targets are met.
• Stewardship & Account Management: Ensure major donors and corporate partners receive timely updates, progress reports, and impact assessments to maintain engagement and long-term support.
