Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Build complete funnels end-to-end: opt-in pages, sales pages, webinar pages, bridge pages, upsells, downsells.

  2. Set up and configure checkout systems and payment flows.

  3. Implement automations across email autoresponders, CRM, and membership platforms.

  4. Create basic funnel visuals and product mockups using Canva.

  5. Ensure every funnel component connects seamlessly and works flawlessly (QA, tracking checks, testing).

  6. Collaborate with leadership to improve conversion flow and increase revenue performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must-have (non-negotiable)

  • Strong knowledge of multiple funnel types: cart, webinar, presentation, book, challenge, application, and other acquisition funnels.

  • Ability to build a funnel from zero: strategy → structure → build-out → optimization.

  • Professional use of core funnel tools: Kajabi, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, AWeber, WebinarJam, Zapier (or equivalent).

  • Strong Canva proficiency for mockups and funnel visuals.

  • Clear understanding of Russell Brunson methodologies (DotCom Secrets, Expert Secrets, Traffic Secrets, Funnel Scripts).

  • Proven experience building at least 10 full funnels independently (built entirely by you).

  • Comfortable using AI tools to increase speed and quality (copy, concepts, assets).


Nice-to-have

  • Experience improving conversion rates via A/B testing, offer positioning, and upsell take-rate optimization.

  • Strong documentation habits and clean handover processes.
