Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily factory operations including production, planning, maintenance, and logistics.
- Manage manufacturing of custom and mass-production furniture (kitchens, wardrobes, dressings, case goods, or upholstery).
- Develop and implement production plans to meet delivery schedules and sales forecasts.
- Ensure quality control standards are met at all production stages.
- Supervise and motivate production teams, supervisors, and technicians.
- Coordinate with design, sales, procurement, and installation teams.
- Monitor raw material usage, waste reduction, and cost control.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Evaluate machinery performance and manage preventive maintenance programs.
- Prepare production reports and KPIs for senior management.
