Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of furniture manufacturing and installation activities.

Plan and manage production schedules to meet project deadlines.

Supervise factory and site installation teams.

Ensure quality standards for materials, workmanship, and finishing.

Monitor inventory of raw materials, hardware, and fittings.

Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients.

Handle site measurements, shop drawing coordination, and approvals.

Resolve production, site, and client issues effectively.

Enforce health and safety procedures at the factory and site.

Prepare progress reports and productivity reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma/degree in furniture design, interior design, or a related field.
  • (Gulf experience preferred in furniture design).
  • Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing techniques, materials, and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of safety procedures and quality control standards.
