Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage all the process of furniture production in our factory.
  • Maximize the factory performance and minimize any delay & loss to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective production
  • Supervise the production process including revising designs & cutting list , prepare timely action plan and handover tasks.
  • Ensure production process is done according to required specifications and quality.
  • Supervise and ensure all job orders are executed within scheduled time and budget.
  • Manage the production team in terms of job orders, work standards, processes flow, inspection reports etc.
  • Participate in the quality control process by executing specific quality inspections.
  • Prepare regular Performance Indicators reports for technicians.
  • Conduct regular revision on all ready products for delivery.

  • Gender: Male Only
  • BSc in Applied Arts, Furniture or BSc. Engineering, Architecture
  • Experience: at least 2-3 years experience in furniture manufacturing
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Excellent communication skills with colleagues and technicians.
  • Computer Skills is a must & Good user of ERP System like Jira.
  • Leadership Skills
  • Strong Technical background of design programs like AutoCAD, 3d Max, SketchUp, Photoshop etc.
  • Personal Traits: attention to details, accurate, Credible & Trustful, reliable, punctual, flexible, problem solver
