Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to the showroom and build strong, lasting relationships through personalized service.
- Conduct in-depth design consultations to assess clients' needs, preferences, budgets, and lifestyles.
- Present customized furniture solutions including product options, fabrics, colors, and accessories.
- Ensure compliance with design standards, safety, and sustainability guidelines.
- Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and order documentation.
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact through follow-up, closing, and post-sale support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, materials, finishes, trends, and pricing.
- Collaborate with design teams, the warehouse and the logistics department to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records in the system and contribute to sales forecasting.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and follow through from initial contact to post-sale support.
Proficiency in preparing quotations, proposals, and order documentation.
