Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the furniture sales department ensuring efficiency.

- Prepare detailed sales reports to monitor department performance and set future objectives.
- Ensure compliance with the company s policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record in a sales management role within the retail sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with an ability to motivate staff.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Adept at problem-solving with strong organizational and time-management skills.
