Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Finance modules including:

  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Cash Management (CM)

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions

Prepare functional design documents (FDD), setup documents, and test scripts

Perform system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and support go-live activities

Handle period close activities and resolve accounting-related issues

Work closely with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations

Provide post-production support and issue resolution

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance functional roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials modules
  • Good understanding of accounting concepts and financial processes
  • Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation
  • Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher reports, and Fusion setups
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Oracle Fusion Finance certification is a plus
  • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP) and third-party systems
  • Exposure to multi-currency, tax, and intercompany accounting
