Experience working in FX product management and strategy for a global fintech his highly preferrential.The Opportunity:We're looking for someone with a fintech mindset and deep FX expertise to rebuild and relaunch the bank s FX proposition from the ground up from product design and platform strategy to digital execution and P&L ownership. You'll drive innovation, own the roadmap, and lead cross-functional execution across tech, marketing, risk, and sales.Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver a future-ready FX product strategy aligned to client needs and market trendsBuild new FX propositions and digital journeys for retail, SME, and institutional clientsDrive commercial performance through data-led pricing and revenue strategiesLead product innovation through partnerships with fintechs and vendorsEnsure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and internal risk frameworksOwn the FX product P&L and drive portfolio growth through market-leading campaignsWhat We re Looking For:A background in FX product management within a leading fintech, digital bank, or global financial institutionStrong understanding of FX instruments, markets, and regulatory environmentsProven track record of launching and scaling FX products across customer segmentsCommercial mindset with P&L experience and data-driven decision-making skillsA collaborative operator who thrives in fast-paced, transformation-focused environments
