Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Implementation: Deliver inquiry-based Math and Science lessons aligned with the IB PYP framework, integrating transdisciplinary learning where applicable.
• Conceptual Understanding: Teach students core mathematical concepts (e.g., number sense, problem-solving, data analysis, geometry) and scientific inquiry (e.g., physical, life, and earth sciences).
• Hands-on Learning: Incorporate STEM activities, experiments, real-world applications, and technology to enhance student engagement.
• Assessment & Feedback: Use formative and summative assessments to track student progress, provide feedback, and guide instruction.
• Differentiation & Support: Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs, including EAL (English as an Additional Language) students.
• Classroom Environment: Foster a safe, collaborative, and inquiry-driven classroom where students take ownership of their learning.
• Technology Integration: Utilize educational technology, digital tools, and interactive resources to support learning.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with colleagues, specialists, and parents to support student learning and well-being.
• Safeguarding & Well-being: Ensure student safety and well-being by adhering to school safeguarding policies.
