The Paintball Game Attendant is responsible for ensuring safe, enjoyable, and well-organized paintball games for all guests. This role includes supervising gameplay, explaining rules, maintaining equipment, and providing exceptional customer service. Attendants create a fun and engaging environment while prioritizing safety at all times.

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Conduct safety briefings and explain game rules clearly.
• Issue, inspect, and maintain paintball markers, masks, vests, and other gear.
• Monitor gameplay to ensure safety and fair play.
• Set up and reset game fields and shooting ranges.
• Respond quickly and calmly to any accidents or safety issues.
• Basic understanding of paintball/shooting safety and equipment.
• Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide a warm welcome, setting a positive tone for their experience.
• Operate and maintain a variety of arcade games, ensuring they are in working order and appealing to players.
• Monitor game play and enforce rules, ensuring fair play and a fun environment for all participants.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting guests with game instructions.
• Promote special offers, events, and promotions to increase guest engagement and sales.
