Roles & Responsibilities

Design engagement features (points, rewards, challenges, levels)
Improve user retention and product experience
Convert ideas into user stories & product features
Work closely with product, design, and development teams
Track performance (user activity, feature usage, retention)

Desired Candidate Profile

If you ve worked on digital products and understand user behavior & engagement, you re a great fit.

Requirements:

  • 2 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with digital products (apps/web)
  • Strong skills in product thinking, UX, and coordination
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, GA

Bonus:

  • Experience with gamification concepts (points, rewards, badges, etc.)
  • Startup or fintech exposure
