Garage Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Garage Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our truck garage. The facility specializes in truck maintenance, repair, and spare parts sales.


Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all garage operations including truck repairs, servicing, diagnostics, and spare parts sales

Manage a team of technicians and ensure work is carried out efficiently and up to standard

Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for parts procurement

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Use computer systems to track repairs, inventory, and generate reports

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Automotive Engineering from a university or technical institute

Proven experience in managing or supervising a commercial vehicle garage, especially for trucks

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic systems for heavy-duty vehicles

Excellent command of English (spoken and written)

High computer literacy, including experience with garage management systems / software

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
