Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily garage operations and staff
Ensure all tyre and mechanical jobs are completed on time
Handle customer communication and service quality
Manage tyre stock, supplier orders, and inventory
Report job performance and handle issues or complaints
Maintain a clean, efficient, and compliant workshop
Desired Candidate Profile
UAE Driving License (manual preferred)
Minimum 5 years of garage management experience
Strong understanding of tyres, pricing, brands, and stock control
Experience with brake, battery, suspension, and alignment services
Ability to lead a team, assign jobs, and manage customer service
Good at handling stock, supplier orders, and daily garage reports
Comfortable with basic computer systems (POS, invoices, job cards)
IELTS Band 5 or B1 English Certification (required for UK visa)
