Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily garage operations, ensuring timely and efficient vehicle maintenance and repairs while maintaining safety standards.
- Coordinate and schedule work assignments for technicians, optimizing workflow to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Implement and monitor adherence to quality control procedures, ensuring all work meets industry standards and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, conducting regular audits to prevent shortages and reduce excess stock.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
ASE certifications in relevant areas (e.g., brakes, electrical systems) to validate technical expertise.
Experience in managing a team, with a proven track record of enhancing team performance and morale.
