Roles & Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities
Vehicle Readiness & Maintenance:
- Ensure all vehicles are inspected upon return, including for damages, maintenance needs, and cleanliness.
- Maintain vehicle readiness checklist (mechanical, electrical, safety).
- Oversee accident reports, insurance follow-up, and repair coordination.
- Ensure all vehicles are fueled, clean, and in top condition before delivery or transfer.
- Confirm that all maintenance tasks are completed before cars are deemed ready for client delivery.
Garage Supervision & Staff Management:
- Supervise garage workers and ensure they are properly following maintenance and cleaning procedures.
- Make sure all garage staff are in full uniform and well-groomed.
- Monitor team productivity and intervene in case of performance gaps.
- Maintain hygiene standards across the garage workspace and ensure proper tool usage and handling.
Fleet Coordination & Transfers:
- Coordinate timely dispatch and receipt of cars across branches.
- Support inter-branch fleet movement according to operational priorities.
- Ensure garage staff support drivers with readiness and transfer logistics.
- Use tablet while serving clients and check in MDM.
- Check on all cars before receiving by the client (everything should be fine)
- Make sure all amenities are in the car.
Compliance & SOP Adherence:
- Follow all internal SOPs related to garage operations and ensure all garage staff are aware of and follow the same.
- Monitor adherence to hygiene, safety, and vehicle handling guidelines.
- Apply and enforce the Lost and Found policy and ensure proper documentation following the SOP.
Communication & Reporting:
- Report to the Branch Manager on vehicle readiness, garage needs, delays, or incidents.
- Maintain accurate records on maintenance history, service schedules, and accident logs.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and operations staff for seamless coordination.
Authorities
- Approve vehicle readiness for client delivery after inspection and maintenance.
- Assign daily tasks and duties to garage staff.
- Authorize inter-branch vehicle transfers in coordination with the Branch Manager.
- Enforce compliance with SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards in the garage.
- Report operational issues, delays, and repair requirements to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements & Skills
- High school diploma or technical/vocational certificate in automotive mechanics, maintenance, or a related field (Bachelor s degree in Automotive Engineering or related discipline is a plus).
- Formal training in vehicle maintenance, fleet management, or garage operations is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
- Leadership and team supervision abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety and cleanliness standards.
- Effective communication skills in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using maintenance checklists, service logs, and basic computer applications.
