Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Missions :

  • Managing configuration: establishing the Configuration Management Plan (CMP), creating quality databases (CQ) and building references (Baselines).

  • Mastering changes: leading the Change Control Board (CCB), managing change requests and monitoring associated KPIs.

  • Manage the document cycle: develop and update the Document Management Plan (DMP) as well as the master lists (DML/CDL) for each technical project.

  • Guarantee deliverables: prepare Release Notes (RN), delivery notes (FA) and ensure the final contractual submission of files to the client.

  • Ensure compliance: carry out configuration reviews and ensure compliance with security and quality processes (ISO 9001).

  • Continuous improvement: proposing ways to optimize data management and documentation processes

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile :

As an expert in document management (GDOC) and configuration management (GCONF), you will support our industrial clients in controlling and securing their technical data. Ensuring compliance and traceability, you will guarantee consistency between the actual product and its definition file throughout the project lifecycle.

As a specialist in methodological rigor, you ensure complete visibility of configuration status and documentation progress for management and clients. Experience in demanding sectors such as aerospace, automotive, or rail is a major asset.

Strong mastery of PLM and document management tools. Sense of surgical organization, analytical mind and ability to lead change committees in an international environment.
