Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
    • Graph RAG
    • AI Agents and Agentic AI systems
    • MCP models and context protocols
    • Experience with open-source LLMs such as Llama, Gemma, and Mistral.
    • Experience with closed-source LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini.
    • Strong expertise in Python programming for AI/ML development.
    • Experience with prompt engineering, prompt tuning, and LLM fine-tuning techniques such as:
      • PEFT
      • LoRA
      • QLoRA
    • Strong understanding of NLP techniques including:
      • Intent recognition
      • Entity extraction
      • Language modeling
      • Text classification
      • Question answering
      • Text summarization
      • Topic modeling
    • Experience with Generative Models such as GANs, VAEs, and Transformers.
    • Experience building and deploying scalable ML pipelines and production-grade AI systems.
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.br> Proven experience working with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
