Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process electronic invoices in compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Ensure tax compliance and prepare periodic tax returns.
  • Stay updated on tax law changes and adjust company records accordingly.
  • Audit electronic invoices for accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
  • Develop tax strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Prepare financial reports related to taxation and e-invoicing.
  • Collaborate with tax authorities and accounting teams to ensure full regulatory compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: 3 to 7 years in accounting, preferably with exposure to e-invoicing and tax compliance.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of e-invoicing systems and tax regulations.
  • Accounting Software: Experience with ERP systems or financial software.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate tax reports.
  • Tax Compliance: Comprehensive understanding of local and international tax laws.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with tax authorities and clients.
  • Time Management: Ability to work under pressure and meet tax filing deadlines.
