Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proven Experience in Frozen fruits & vegetables field
  • Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing relevant financial data and analysis.
  • Monitor and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Assist in the implementation and improvement of accounting systems and processes.
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2 to 6 years of proven experience in a general accounting or similar finance role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software(ERP) and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Experience working in an office-based, full-time, or long-term role.
