Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for recording, reviewing, and following up on all financial transactions related to customers, suppliers, and inventory. Ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial data in compliance with the company s accounting policies and procedures.

  • Accounts Receivable:
  • Issue and review customer invoices.
  • Follow up on collections.
  • Reconcile customer accounts regularly and prepare necessary adjustments.
  • Accounts Payable:
  • Review supplier invoices and match them with purchase orders and receiving notes.
  • Record supplier entries and monitor due dates.
  • Prepare supplier statements and conduct regular reconciliations.
  • Inventory Accounts:
  • Monitor inventory movements.
  • Reconcile physical stock with system records.
  • prepare periodic inventory reports.
  • General Tasks:
  • Prepare periodic financial reports related to customers, suppliers, and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with different departments (Purchasing Sales) to facilitate smooth workflow.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting.
  • 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory accounting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Odoo accounting systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within a team
