Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Record daily accounting entries and maintain financial ledgers.
  • Handle Accounts Receivable cycle including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
  • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances and payments.
  • Prepare customer statements and confirmations.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and customers accounts.
  • Support monthly and quarterly closing processes.
  • Participate in preparing financial reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate with the sales and logistics departments regarding billing and deliveries.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for audits and review

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 0 3 years of experience in accounting (preferred in trading/distribution field).
  • Knowledge of ERP or accounting systems.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills (follow-up with customers is essential).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
