Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure proper reconciliation of all financial transactions.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.

Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing relevant financial data and analysis.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.

Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and accounting best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in real estate or construction industries.

Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP system.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a similar role within real estate or construction companies.

Familiarity with Odoo modules relevant to sales, projects, and finance.

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a general accounting or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards in handling financial data.
  • Experience working in an office-based environment.
