Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate records of customer and supplier accounts
- Handle bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow
- Analyze and track operating expenses and variances
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Work closely with other departments to support financial operations
- Utilize and maintain the ERP system (Odoo) for accurate accounting records
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or commerce
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role (Must)
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP system is a Must
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
