Responsibilities:

• Record all accounting transactions and ensure all entries are recorded correctly based on required approval, POs, allocated cost centers, and GL accounts.
• Prepare & confirm accounts reconciliations with related parties & sister companies
• Record invoices and payment for accounts receivable & accounts payable and finalize pending issues and confirmation.
• Ensure proper categorization of assets (e.g., buildings, machinery, equipment, vehicles, intangible assets, etc.) and correct classification under the relevant asset categories.
• Review periodical tax reconciliation with tax authority.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, coordinate with campus/center personnel to resolve errors.
• Ensure that cash inflows (e.g., customer payments) and outflows (e.g., vendor payments, loan repayments) are recorded accurately.
• Record daily cash transactions, ensuring timely recording of deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring that all fixed assets and banking records are compliant with auditing standards.
