Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records

  • Prepare journal entries, invoices, and reconciliations

  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Perform bank and ledger reconciliations

  • Ensure compliance with UAE accounting regulations and company policies

  • Support VAT filing and documentation when required

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with VAT filing in the UAE

  • Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • 1–2 years of accounting experience in the UAE

  • Ability to read, write, and speak Arabic fluently (required)

  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

  • Experience with accounting software and MS Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently or part of a team and meet deadlines
