Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records
Prepare journal entries, invoices, and reconciliations
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
Ensure compliance with UAE accounting regulations and company policies
Support VAT filing and documentation when required
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with VAT filing in the UAE
Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1–2 years of accounting experience in the UAE
Ability to read, write, and speak Arabic fluently (required)
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience with accounting software and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently or part of a team and meet deadlines
