Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Record and track daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, and expenses.
- Maintain the General Ledger and prepare accurate journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Monitor inventory-related transactions in coordination with the sales and warehouse teams.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and VAT requirements.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Experience: 1 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Age Range: 25 30 years.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with bank reconciliation, AR/AP, and general ledger management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
