Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Management: Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- ERP Maintenance: Manage and update financial data within the Odoo system to ensure real-time reporting accuracy.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow movements.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with local tax regulations and internal policies.
- Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.
Requirements & Skills:
- Experience: 1 3 years of proven experience in accounting.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Odoo ERP is highly preferred.
