General Accounting Specialist Soundlines Global FZCO

To manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensure accurate financial records, and support the preparation of financial statements according to company policies and accounting standards.

Main Responsibilities:

•Record and post daily accounting transactions (payments, receipts, journal entries, etc.).

•Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts regularly.

•Prepare and review bank reconciliations.

•Verify and record supplier invoices and employee expense claims.

•Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable balances.

•Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

•Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.

•Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

•Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and local regulations.

•Coordinate with auditors, suppliers, and other departments when needed.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

•2–5 years of experience in general accounting.

•Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., MS 365, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar).

•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.

•Good understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting.

•Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
