Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational and service tasks within assigned banking unit to ensure smooth workflow.
- Deliver high-quality customer experience aligned with FAB service standards.
- Assist with internal coordination across departments to maintain accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Contribute to business development activities by supporting customer requests and identifying cross-functional opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and audit guidelines.
- Maintain documentation accuracy and follow defined operating procedures.
- Participate in performance improvement efforts and assist in implementing process enhancements.
- Provide data, reports, and updates to managers as required.
- Support bank initiatives that enhance digital adoption, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
