Location: Oman (Candidates must be willing to relocate to Oman)

Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced General Chef/Cook for a reputed employer in Oman. The role requires strong expertise in Indian cooking, especially bread preparation like paratha, roti, and naan. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling kitchen operations while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Indian breads such as Paratha, Tandoori Roti, Chapati, and Naan
  • Cook a variety of dishes including Dal, Keema, Egg & Tomato, Butter Chicken, and meat-based preparations
  • Handle preparation of sausages, liver dishes, dried meat, and chicken items
  • Maintain taste consistency, food quality, and presentation
  • Ensure proper kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
  • Manage daily kitchen activities efficiently


Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Chef/Cook/Baker
  • Strong expertise in Indian bread preparation (mandatory)
  • Must be able to prepare paratha (video proof required)
  • Gulf experience preferred
  • Basic communication skills in English or Arabic
  • Age: Above 30 years
