Job Title: General Chef / Cook (Indian Cuisine & Tandoor)
We are hiring an experienced General Chef/Cook for a reputed employer in Oman. The role requires strong expertise in Indian cooking, especially bread preparation like paratha, roti, and naan. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling kitchen operations while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.
- Prepare Indian breads such as Paratha, Tandoori Roti, Chapati, and Naan
- Cook a variety of dishes including Dal, Keema, Egg & Tomato, Butter Chicken, and meat-based preparations
- Handle preparation of sausages, liver dishes, dried meat, and chicken items
- Maintain taste consistency, food quality, and presentation
- Ensure proper kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Manage daily kitchen activities efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Chef/Cook/Baker
- Strong expertise in Indian bread preparation (mandatory)
- Must be able to prepare paratha (video proof required)
- Gulf experience preferred
- Basic communication skills in English or Arabic
- Age: Above 30 years
