Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead TCC operations, training programs, and staff development.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives for vocational growth, student employability, and outstanding curriculum integration with ENS academic programs. Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and infrastructure development.
Drive accreditation compliance, quality assurance, and readiness for inspection frameworks, ensuring delivery of an outstanding curriculum. Foster strong industry, government, and university partnerships, including collaboration with local universities and businesses (e.g., MBZUAI) on innovative projects.
Lead digital transformation and support the integration of AI in vocational education.
Promote and market TCC to wider communities, ensuring its reputation as a leading vocational training center.
Enhance opportunities beyond the school day through workshops, events, and stakeholder engagement.
Lead and oversee the implementation of the TCC Career Orientation Framework across all workshops, ensuring student progression from Grades 6 12 is coherently documented
Oversee the quality and implementation of all project-based learning activities, ensuring that instructors follow approved Project Guidelines
Collaborate with the TCC Supervisor at the other campus to ensure consistency in curriculum implementation, project structure, and QA processes
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in vocational education, technical training, or industry leadership, with 5+ years of leadership experience in managing educational institutions, training centers, or technical programs.
Strong understanding of ADEK Requirements and UAE NQC & ATP accreditation requirements.
Proven experience in budget planning, strategic development, and program implementation.
Experience with middle or senior leadership in schools, demonstrating accountability for student outcomes, curriculum delivery, and staff management.
Experience working in the GCC region. Industry certifications in relevant technical or vocational fields. Background in education reform, skills development, and industry collaboration.
Minimum of a master s degree or bachelor s degree in a relevant vocational field. Educational Leadership qualification ideally specializing in middle/senior leadership, Business Management, Engineering, or other disciplines recognized under NQC standards. Vocational Training Certification: Must hold or be eligible for an NQC-recognized Training and Assessment Qualification (e.g., Level 5 Certificate in Leadership & Training, ATP-approved credentials). Trainer Registration: Willingness to pursue NQC-certified status under the ATP framework. Preferred Industry Certifications: PMP, Digital Transformation, Education Leadership, TVET Certifications. Fluent in business-level English, with excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

The TCC General Coordinator is responsible for strategic leadership, operational management, and growth of the Technology and Career Centers (TCC). This role oversees the development and implementation of vocational and technical training programs, ensuring alignment with ADEK, Abu Dhabi and UAE National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and Emirates National Schools (ENS) curriculum expectations.er (ATP) standards, and Emirates National Schools (ENS) curriculum expectations. The TCC General Coordinator leads the TCC team of instructors, program coordinators, and administrative staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, industry-relevant education.
