Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead all legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions
Advise on M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic deals
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
Manage legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance
Oversee external legal counsel and litigation matters
Develop internal legal policies, frameworks, and best practices
Lead and mentor the in-house legal team
Desired Candidate Profile
15+ years of experience in corporate legal roles
Strong expertise in M&A, corporate law, and compliance
Experience as General Counsel / Head of Legal / Law Firm Partner
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong stakeholder management and business acumen
Currently based in Qatar (mandatory)
Bilingual (Arabic & English) required
