We are looking for a dedicated and dependable dentist who values consistency, patient care, and teamwork. Preference will be given to candidates living nearby hor al ans east for ease of commuting and availability. With own Visa or Spouse Visa preffered. Salary & Benefits: Fixed salary: AED 4,000 plus overtime. Commission options (doctor’s choice): 20% flat commission, or 35% commission with expense deductions. Overtime pay provided for extended working hours over 8 hours and 30 minutes break. end of service benefits applicable only to fixed salary option. Job Requirements: Must be a licensed dentist (DHA preferred/eligible) Must be currently residing in or near Hor Al Anz East Must be able to report to work reliably, even during challenging conditions (e.g., heavy rain or transport disruptions) Strong clinical and patient communication skills Working Hours: Normal days: 8.5 hours, 30 minutes break. On days covering for other doctors: 10–12 hours Overtime will be compensated accordingly Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat patients with appropriate dental care Perform general dental procedures confidently Maintain accurate patient records Ensure high standards of hygiene and patient care
